I designed and organised the initiative strategy, along with all the different moving parts. I created books as well as episodic posts which were sent automatically to everyones inbox at 10AM on Monday mornings. These posts gave people mindful tips and tricks to take forward through their week.
We worked with the amazing company ‘succulentsETC’ to create a plant desk drop for everyone. Plants are known to improve mental health in the workplace and these got great results.
I also organised a weekly mindfulness class at lunch, which was extremely popular and worked a treat to help people find a bit of tranquility within their busy working day.
